Return Policy – Luxury Archive ZA

At Luxury Archive ZA, we take great care to ensure that every item is checked and sent out in good condition. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returns will only be considered in the case of a valid issue, such as:

• the item arriving damaged
• the wrong item being sent
• a fault not disclosed before shipping

To request a return review, please email luxuryarchiveza@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• a clear description of the issue
• clear photo proof of the item and packaging

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or preference-related reasons, so we kindly ask customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
